The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondent no. 3 to conclude the certificate proceedings expeditiously. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that necessary direction be given to the respondent no.3 to conclude the proceedings at the earliest. 3. Learned senior counsel Mr. Chowdhury appearing for the respondent no.5/ the establishment herein submits that in similar proceedings wherein the respondentno.5 is a party, the Court has directed that no coercive action should be taken against the respondent no.5. 4. Mr. Chowdhury, learned senior counsel has relied upon several orders of this Court passed in respect 2 of cases of similar nature. It appears that in the orders relied upon the respondent no.5 is the writ petitioner and as such the protective orders have been passed in those cases. The relief prayed for in the present case is a little different. Herein it is the workman who has approached the Court for early conclusion of the certificate proceedings. 5. Considering the said facts and on hearing the learned counsels for the parties, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the said Certificate Officer shall make all endeavour to dispose of the certificate proceedings before it expeditiously. 6. The respondent no.5 is granted liberty to approach the Certificate Officer with his case, as placed before this Court in the certificate proceedings. The Certificate Officer is at liberty to consider the case of the respondent no.5, as shall be placed, in accordance with law. 7. The writ application stands disposed of. 8. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties after completion of all necessary formalities. ( Shampa Dutt (Paul), J.)
