ORAL ORDER Sri.K.S.Nagaraja Rao., counsel on behalf of Sri.Ashok Bannidinni., for the petitioner; Sri.Vignesh S.Shetty., counsel for respondent No.1 and Sri.Nandish Patil., counsel for proposed respondent on I.A.No.1/2026 appeared in person. 2. This petition is filed seeking following reliefs: i. To issue of a writ of Mandamus or Certiorari or any other writ directing respondent No.1 Bank to not to evict or dispossess the petitioner in accordance with the Eviction Notice dated:24.02.2025 produced at Annexure-F.
ii. Issue appropriate writ/ direction to quash the impugned Eviction Notice dated:24.02.2025 produced at Annexure-F.
iii. To issue such other order or relief as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant in the interest of justice and equity.
3. Counsel for the respective parties urged several
contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the papers with care.

4. Suffice it to note that pursuant to the 14 order, the authorized officer of the Bank had issued eviction notice on
24.02.2025. The petitioner has hurriedly approached this Court. In my view, the prayer sought in the writ petition cannot be accorded by invoking writ jurisdiction. Hence, I decline to exercise discretionary powers under writ jurisdiction. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. The petitioner may approach the appropriate forum to address his grievance if is so advised and if the law permits.
Sri.Nandish Patil., submits that impleading application is filed. Submission is noted. In view of the dismissal of the writ petition, impleading application does not survives for
consideration.
