PATIL ORAL ORDER This writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 28.04.2018 passed in O.S.No.4451/2017 by XI Additional City Civil Judge, Bengaluru (CCH-8) (hereinafter referred to as the 'trial Court' for short). 2. Heard Sri G.S. Prasanna Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Gagan. The petitioner filed a suit in O.S.No.4451/2017 seeking recovery of a sum of Rs.12,87,790/- with interest. In the said suit, the defendant filed an application I.A.No.1 under Section 10 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking to stay further proceedings in the above suit pending disposal of O.S.No.85/2015 on the file of II Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore. 4. The said application was opposed by the petitioner. The trial Court, under the impugned order dated 28.04.2018, allowed the said application and stayed further proceedings in O.S.No.4451/2017 till disposal of O.S.No.85/2015. 5. It is required to be noticed that the suit in O.S.No.85/2015 on the file of II Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore was disposed of on 30.07.2026. In view of the disposal of the said suit, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition. 6.
