1. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the case. His prayer for anticipatory bail may be allowed.
2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and produces the case diary and has placed reliance of the statement recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS of the eyewitnesses.
3. Having heard the learned counsels for the respective parties and on perusal of the case diary produced by the
2 State including the statement recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS of the eyewitnesses, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioner.
4. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
5. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
6. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities. ( Ajay Kumar Gupta, J. )
