1. The petitioner is aggrieved that even though she has applied under the OBC-‘A’ category, she was treated as a candidate in unreserved category.
2. The petitioner’s caste certificate was somewhat doubtful on account whereof she was asked to deposit a fresh certificate, failing which she would be treated as an unreserved candidate.
3. These facts are evident from the extract of the electronic mail annexed at Pages-28&29 of the writ petition.
4. The petitioner has made a representation on 6th March, 2026, which has not yet been considered.
5. In view of the aforesaid, I direct the Director of Health Services, Department of Health & Family Welfare being the respondent no. 4 herein to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose

of the same within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.
6. The resultant order upon consideration of the representation, will be communicated to the petitioner within a week thereafter
7. With the aforestated directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
8. There shall be no order as to costs.
9. Parties to act on the basis of the server copy of this order, duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
10. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
