As seen from the documents filed along with this revision, the 1st respondent has already filed counter statement before the Family Court. However, according to the petitioner, several adjournments have been granted without any progress in H.M.O.P.No.1584 of 2024. 4. No prejudice would be caused to any of the parties, if a direction is issued to the II Additional Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.1584 of 2024, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
