5 and 6 in interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the Petitioner over the property in Sy.No. 1699-3, Bukkapatnam village, and continuously calling the Petitioner to the police station at the instance of unofficial Respondents 7 and 8 as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, and without jurisdiction Consequently direct Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and the unofficial Respondents, and to cease calling the Petitioner to the police station in relation to this dispute and pass such IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondent police, more particularly the 5th respondent and 6th Respondent, not to interfere with the civil dispute Petitioner and the unofficial Respondents, and not to call the petitioner to the police station or harass him in any manner, except by following due process of law pending disposal of the above writ petition and pass such Counsel for the Petitioner:
