Karim, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam. It is submitted by Mr. Borthakur, learned APP that a report has been received from the Fakirganj Police Station dated 17.03.2026 wherein it is reported that till date, no case has been registered against the present petitioners in the said Police Station. In view of above, this pre-arrest bail application stands closed. The interim order passed earlier on 20.02.2026 is hereby stands vacated/recalled. The report received from the Fakirganj Police Station be kept as part of the record.
