Mr. Srinivasa Gowda M, the learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. Pawan Kumar, a learned Standing counsel who accepts notice for the respondents, are heard as this Court opines that even the question of violation of principles of natural justice can be examined in the statutory appeal under Section 250 of the GBG Act.
