Feeling aggrieved by his suspension, petitioner has filed this writ petition. (3) Since suspension is not a punishment, therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the suspension order. Writ petition is, however, disposed of granting liberty to petitioner to make representation to the Chief Education Officer regarding his attachment to some other place nearer to Jaspur. If he makes representation within one week from today, decision thereupon shall be taken by the competent authority within four weeks thereafter. (4) It goes without saying that the disciplinary enquiry shall be completed against the petitioner, as per law, uninfluenced by any observation made by this Court earlier.
