The Bank accepted the proposal and directed a sum of Rs.81,60,000/- to be paid in full and final settlement of the dues. The petitioners made arrangements to make payment of Rs.81,60,000/- and the Bank has issued a certificate of receipt of the amount. It is also stated that the Bank may be directed to return all the original documents and issue a No Objection Certificate of No-Dues to the petitioners. Counsel, therefore, submits that the memo may be placed on record and the writ petition may be disposed of in terms of memo. The memo is placed on record. Resultantly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the memo.
