As the case is under the provisions of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, an appeal would lie against an order of rejection of bail. Consequently, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present application. Accordingly, the application being CRM (M) 1341 of 2026 is dismissed as withdrawn. Learned advocate-on-record of the petitioner is granted liberty to take back the certified copy from the department after the same being replaced by photostat copy.
2 All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
