By presenting this writ petition prayer is made for adding rigorous section while investigating Onda Police Station Case No.131/26 dated 29th June, 2026 under Sections 329(4)/115(2)/117(2)/324(4)/351(2)/3(5) of BNS, 2023. 3. Learned advocate representing State respondents has filed a communication dated 16th August, 2026 of Officer-in-Charge, Onda Police Station, Bankura and same is taken on record. Copy of the communication dated 16th August, 2026 is made over to learned advocate representing petitioner. 4. It is disclosed in communication dated 16th August, 2026 that considering nature of injury suffered by victim Section 118(2) of BNS is added. 5. Learned advocate representing petitioner submits that due to steps taken by investigating agency by adding Section 118(2) grievance of petitioner is redressed. 6.
