In the present Appeal, pursuant to the bailable warrant issued by this Court, the Appellant was produced before this Court on 10.09.2026. 3. On being asked, the Appellant stated that he had already undergone the entire sentence imposed upon him, released from jail and had not made any request for continuation of the present Appeal. On the said date, the Appellant was ordered to be released on furnishing a bail bond of Rs.5,000/-. 4. Learned State Counsel submits that he has verified the aforesaid fact and confirms that the Appellant has already undergone the entire sentence imposed upon him. 5.
