Chaturvedy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Spl.P.P. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar (Town) P.S. Case No.489 of 2025. It is alleged that a theft was committed in the godown of Jai Mata Di Transport Pvt. Ltd. and several articles were stolen. The petitioner appears to have been implicated on the confession of co-accused Manish Sharma. It has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 18.01.2026 and save and except the confessional statement of Manish Sharma, there is no other material which would indicate the involvement of the petitioner in committing the theft in the godown of Jai Mata Di Transport Pvt. Ltd. Learned Spl.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the manner of implication, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar (Town) P.S.
