The order dated 11.02.2026 had recorded the charge sheet number submitted in the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kamrup (Metro), while disposing of the bail petition. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that for non-insertion of the specific Special CBI case number, the petitioner is having difficulty in submitting the requisites. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the CBI does not object to the inclusion of the specific Special CBI case number into the order. 5. Accordingly, it is provided that the order dated 11.02.2026, passed in Bail Application No. 3640/2025, shall be read to be in connection with Special CBI Case No. 10/2025, arising out of RC-29(S)/2023/CBI/SCB/Kolkata, registered under Sections 143/148/391/382/440/447 of IPC, 1860, Section 25 (1AB) and 25 (1B) of the Arms Act, 1959, Section 3 read with Section 4 of the PDPP Act, 1984 and Sections 16, 18 and 20 of the UAPA, 1967 in the Order dated 11.02.2026, passed by this Court in Bail Application No. 3640/2025. 6.
