1. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):-

2 10.2 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash / set-aside the advertisement dated 21-09-2021 (Annexure P-2) only in relation to the appointment of Data Entry Operator, in the interest of justice. 10.3 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider the candidature of the petitioner on priority basis and also to appoint her in the post of Data Entry Operator as per the advertisement dated 21-09- 2021, in the interest of justice. 10.4 Any appropriate writ, direction or order may also kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner, which this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case.”
2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that by efflux of time, the present petition has become infructuous, therefore, this petition may be dismissed being rendered infructuous.
3. No objection from other side.
4. Recording the statement made by Mr. Shyam Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed being rendered infructuous. Sd/-
