JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER This Court, on 17.07.2026, had passed the following order: "List this matter on 30.07.2026. - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010380242026 NC: 2026:KHC:39793 CRL.P No. 7981 of 2026 The petitioners shall make efforts to make good 20% amount by the said date. Till such time, the order of the concerned Court shall remain stayed. In the event, the petitioners would not produce demand draft by the said date, interim order would get automatically vacated." 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has filed a memo indicating that the petitioner has deposited 20% of the amount in terms of the order of conviction. 3. The same is taken on record. 4. In the light of the deposit so made, nothing further would survive for consideration in the case at hand. The petition stands disposed restoring the suspension of sentence with a direction to the concerned Court to take the issue to its logical conclusion. Ordered accordingly.
