2. Petitioner’s husband was serving as Assistant Teacher in a Government Primary School in District Udham Singh Nagar, who died on 24.10.2021, while still in service.
3. According to petitioner, the amount payable as leave encashment to her late husband has not been released so far.
4. Learned State Counsel submits that if petitioner has any grievance in the matter, then she can make representation.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make fresh representation regarding unpaid leave encashment to District Education Officer (Elementary). If she makes such representation within 10 days from today, decision thereupon shall be taken by the competent authority, as per law, within eight weeks thereafter.
