At the time of call learned advocate representing the petitioner prays for further accommodation to serve notice upon the respondents. 2. However, it appears from records that before a coordinate Bench on 25th June, 2025, accommodation was prayed for to serve notice upon the respondents. Subsequently, matter was taken up by this Court on 5th March, 2026 when it was found that notice was not served upon the respondents after the order passed by the coordinate Bench on 25th June, 2025. 3. This Court directed vide order dated 5th March, 2026 to serve notice upon the respondents within a specified time and file affidavit of service. Subsequently, matter was taken up today when further accommodation was prayed for to serve notice upon the respondents. 4. It appears from records that steps are not taken on behalf of the petitioner to serve notice upon the 2 respondents after repeated opportunity was granted which goes to show that petitioner has lost interest. 5.
