Appeal challenging the impugned order. 4. His submission is placed on record. 5. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner and considering that the impugned order is also under challenge in Crl.A.No.342/2024 pending before the LXII Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru, the present petition is not maintainable. 6. However, learned counsel for the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh Crl.
