Perusal of the pleadings in this writ petition and the documents enclosed along with writ petition would show that the petitioner is aggrieved with non-considering claim of petitioner in representation dated 23.07.2024, wherein the petitioner has also claimed for ALFIZA BAIG Digitally signed by ALFIZA BAIG Date: 2026.04.06 17:09:34 +0530 2 / 2 promotion after opening the seal cover and to pay the remaining amount of salary. Respondent authorities vide letter dated 24.09.2024 have taken a decision on representation dated 23.07.2024 observing that the order of termination dated 07.08.2002 have been quashed and petitioner has been reinstate in service and petitioner is not entitled for any salary on the principles of no work no pay and the period of service has been considered only for pension calculating. 2. From the documents it is clear that claim of petitioner has been considered and rejected and, if petitioner is aggrieved he has to challenge the order dated 24.09.2024. 3. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file better constituted petition challenging the decision of respondent authorities vide Annexure P-4 dated 24.09.2025. 4. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
