It is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He is in no way connected with the alleged incident. He prays for anticipatory bail. 2. Learned advocate for the State relies upon the materials in the Case Diary. He submits that the investigation of the case has already ended in a chargesheet under Sections 21(c)/ 22(c)/ 23(c)/ 27A/ 28/29 of the NDPS Act, 1985. 3. Learned advocate for the State submits that 120 bottles of Phensedyl syrup were recovered. Upon 2 conclusion of investigation, chargesheet has been filed against the present petitioner. 4. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and since the investigation has already ended in a chargesheet under various sections of the NDPS Act, 1985, I am not in a position to return a finding that the petitioner has been able to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985. 5. In such circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. CRM (A) 2383 of 2026 is dismissed. (Md. Shabbar Rashidi, J.)
