It is submitted that, the Petitioner is ready and willing to deposit the certificate amount as per attachment order at Annexure-4 series in respect of the vehicle bearing Regd. No.OR- 09-3017 passed in Certificate No.988 of 2025. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the Petitioner to deposit the certificate amount. 4. In the event, the amount is deposited within a period of thirty days from today, the vehicle in question may be released in favour of the Petitioner. 5.
