Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside the impugned order dated 29.09.2025 (Annexure P-1) so far it relates to placement of petitioner and further be pleased to direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue at this present place of posting. 10.2 That, any other relief/ order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the costs of the petition may be given.” PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 / 3 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner while holding post of in-charge Block Education Officer, Baderajpur, District Kondagaon (wrongly mentioned as District Kanker in the order of transfer) is transferred to the office of District Education Officer, Kanker. Petitioner has been transferred from one scheduled area to another scheduled area and therefore this writ petition is filed. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that petitioner is having remedy to file representation before the committee constituted under the transfer policy to which petitioner has not approached. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he may be permitted to submit representation raising all the grounds as raised in this writ petition before the committee constituted under the transfer policy and direction be issued to the concerned committee to consider and take decision on the representation at the earliest. 5. At this stage, learned counsel for respondents submits that the typographical error in the order of transfer dated 29.09.2025 (Annexure P-1) mentioning “District-Kanker” has been rectified vide order dated 09.12.2025 and it is corrected at “District Kondagaon”. 6. I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 7. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, this writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit comprehensive representation before the committee constituted under the transfer policy and if such representation is submitted the concerned committee is directed to consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by 3 / 3 petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 02 months from the date of receipt of representation. 8.
