1959.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the instant case.
State has produced the case diary and submitted that it is at the behest of the present petitioner and under his leadership, a riot was organized and arms were used, firing took place.
Having considered the series of incidents which are reflecting in the case diary in support of the contentions, I am of the view that this is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, CRM (A) 1788 of 2026 is dismissed.
Memo of Evidence submitted be kept with the record.
