1. Upon hearing the learned advocates for the parties and on perusal of materials in the case diary, it transpires that huge amount of narcotic contraband was recovered from the house of petitioner No. 1. Petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 are the sons of petitioner No.2.
2. In consideration of the aforesaid facts of the case and the quantity of contraband recovered from the house of the petitioner No.1, I am not in a position to return a finding that the petitioners have been able to overcome the restrictions contained under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985.
3. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
4. CRM (A)/2511/2026 is dismissed. (Md. Shabbar Rashidi, J.)
