Ms. Anamika Pandey … for E.C.I. 1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners is still under adjudication and, as such, no appeal is filed. 2. In view of the above, the petitioners are given liberty to make appropriate application before the District Election Officer for consideration of the case of the petitioners for including the name of the petitioners in the voter list within a week from date. 3. If any representations are made by the petitioners before the District Election Officer, the District Election Officer shall consider and dispose of the application of the petitioners within a period of four weeks on receipt of the applications, if any, filed by the petitioners. 4. WPA 18254 of 2026 is disposed of. 5. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities. (Krishna Rao, J.)
