By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1) That, the Hon'ble Court be pleased to call the entire record pertaining to the case of petitioner from the respondents for kind perusal. 10.2) That, the Hon'ble Court by issuing appropriate writ direct the respondent no.1 for taking appropriate action against the respondent no. 2 to 8 for unlawful act performed by the concerned respondent authorities against the petitioner in persons. 10.3) That, the Hon'ble Court by issuing appropriate writ direct the respondent no.1 to calculate the mental harassment and financial losses caused to the petitioner in person for unlawful 3 act of respondent no.2 to 8 and the same should be provided to the petitioner in person at the earliest. 10.4) Any other relief or relief (s) which this Hon'ble Court may think proper in view of the facts and circumstances of the case may also kindly be granted.” 2. It appears that on the previous dates of hearing, i.e., 07.09.2021, 17.06.2025 and 13.08.2026, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. 3. Today also, when the case is called out, none appears on behalf of the petitioner, nor is any representation made on his/her behalf to press the petition.
