Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that steps have been initiated to credit the amount of Rs.34,88,183/- and Rs.3,06,661/- to the credit of the petitioner's bank account. 3. By submitting as above, the learned Government Advocate has placed before this Court a copy of the ECS instructions for making the aforesaid payment. 5. In view of the above, since the respondent now having placed before this Court, a copy of the amount payable to the petitioner and also having regard to the statement made by the learned Government Advocate that the said amount would be credited to the petitioner's account by the end of the day, today, this Court is of the view that there is no necessity to proceed with the present contempt case. 6.
