Learned advocate appearing for respondent nos. 7 and 8 has produced the sanctioned plan, a copy whereof has been made available to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. Let a copy of the sanctioned plan produced by respondent nos. 7 and 8 be kept on record. It is clarified that the dismissal of this writ petition shall have no bearing on the civil suit pending between the parties.
