ORAL ORDER
1. The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking following prayer: (a) QUASH the impugned official memorandum dated 30-06-2026 bearing no. KaViPraNiNi/ OoPraVya(C)/Vya (C.1)/B59/ 78126/4/2026 (ANNEXURE-E to the writ petition) issued by the 2nd respondent insofar as the petitioner at serial No.30 is concerned by issuing a writ in the nature of Certiorari.
(b) QUASH the impugned official memorandum dated 15.07.2026 bearing No. KaViPraNiNi/ OoPraVya(C)/Vya(C.1)/B59/ 78126/5/2026 (ANNEXURE-H to the writ petition) issued by the 2nd respondent insofar as the 4th respondent at serial no.1 is concerned by issuing a writ in the nature of Certiorari.
(c) DIRECT the 2nd respondent to consider the representations dated 08-07-2026 & 27- 07-2026 made by the petitioner (ANNEXURES- G & J, respectively) by issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus.
(d) ISSUE such other appropriate writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to

grant in the interest of justice and equity, including the award of costs of this writ petition.
2. Learned counsel to the petitioner submits that the respondents have passed an order of transfer. She submits that the petitioner has got old age parents and they are bed ridden. The petitioner submitted that liberty be reserved to the petitioner to make a representation.
3. The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 27.07.2026 vide Annexure-J, but the respondent neither considered nor passed any orders on the said representation. Hence this writ petition.
4. Learned counsel for the respondents, submits that if reasonable time is granted, the respondents will consider the representation vide Annexure-J and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents, I proceed to pass the following order:
ORDER i. The writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the representation vide Annexure-J and pass appropriate orders within one week from the date of receipt of copy of this
order. ii. Pending IA(s), if any, stands
disposed of accordingly.
