2. It appears from the writ petition that there are matrimonial disputes between the writ petitioner and the respondent No. 2. Both are advocates.
3. It is the claim of the writ petitioner that she was subjected to torture and that she left the matrimonial home on June 12, 2008 with her minor daughter. It is also her claim that, her minor daughter was snatched from her.
4. Daughter is no longer a minor due to the passage of time.
5. In view of the fact that none appears for the writ petitioner to proceed, and in view of the passage of time, it would be appropriate to dispose of the writ petition.
