JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioner seeks for the following reliefs:- “(a) Quash the order of transfer Annual Turnover 2026 transfer order with in as far as the petitioner is concerned vide Annexure-A. (b) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner vide Annexure-D and grant further extension of time to the petitioner for a period of 2 years. (c) Pass such other orders or directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit with the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:19819 WP No. 11133 of 2026 2. Heard Sri.Sunil Kumar H., learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri. Jayakar Shetty, learned Central Government Counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representation dated 27.09.2025 at Annexure-D submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned CGC for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider his representation dated 27.09.2025 at Annexure-D and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision bearing in mind prevailing Circulars, Notifications and Office Memorandum issued by the respondents in accordance with law, on or before 18.04.2026. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:19819 WP No. 11133 of 2026 6.
