Mr. Simai, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, having applied for the post of Anganwadi worker, had successfully cleared the written examination, in spite whereof, he has not been appointed. His further grievance now is that certain appointments have been made to persons who had not even sat for the examination. 2. The aforestated allegations are not substantiated, in the absence of the private respondents. However, since the petitioner has made a representation to the respondent No. 3 which is pending consideration, I direct the respondent No. 3 to dispose of such representation dated July 21, 2025 by September 30, 2026. The resultant order will be communicated to the petitioner within a week thereafter. 2 3. With the aforestated direction, the writ petition is disposed of. 4. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.
