The applicants have preferred this First Bail Applications under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 for grant of regular bail, as they have been Digitally signed by JYOTI JHA Date: 2026.09.17 14:47:32 +0530 2 arrested in connection with Crime No. 24/2026, registered at Police Station Keshkal, District Kondagaon (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 296, 109, 55 and 3(5) of BNS. 2. Learned counsel for the applicants would submit that the medical condition of the present applicants is not proper. He would submit that the applicant-Kishun Sinha is suffering from heart disease and, therefore, he has been transferred from Central Jail, Jagdalpur to Central Jail, Raipur. The applicant-Sundar Lal Sinha is suffering from serious physical ailments and pain. He would pray that the present applications be dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to the State authorities to take proper care of the present applicants. 3. At this stage, Dr. Sourabh Pande, learned Dy. A.G. appearing for the State, would submit that all the facilities would be provided to the present applicants in accordance with the jail manual. 4. Accordingly, the present bail applications are dismissed as withdrawn. However, the State authorities are directed to take proper care of these applicants strictly in accordance with law. The Medical Officers and the Jail authorities would submit the medical progress report of the present applicants before the concerned Trial Court from time to time.
