Three crimes and the corresponding charge sheets arising out of Crime Nos.53/2023, 105/2023 and 54/2023, are called in question in the present petition. Though the three crimes arise out of certain solitary acts, cause of action for all the three are different. 3. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioners is at liberty to file separate petitions in respect of each crime. With the aforesaid liberty, the petition stands disposed of.
