1. Mr. Shubhang Dobhal, learned counsel for the applicant.
2. By the instant contempt petition the applicants are praying for the following relief:
“It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that
this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to
call upon the opposite party and punish them
suitably for wilful disobedience of the judgment
and order dated 10.10.2018 passed by this
Hon’ble Court in Writ Petition No. 240 (S/S) of
2018 titled as Arvind Shekhar and others vs.
State of Uttarakhand and others’ and judgment
and order dated 01.07.2019 in Special Appeal
No. 604/2019 ‘State of Uttarakhand and others
vs. Arvind Shekhar and Others which is affirm
by the Hon’ble Supreme Court vide judgment
and order dated 15.10.2024.”

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the issue is squarely covered by the order dated 06.04.2026 passed by this Court in Civil Contempt No. 509 of 2020 ‘Naresh Das vs. Ranjeet Sinha and another’ wherein this Court recorded the statement given by the State Counsel that special fund has been allotted in order to comply the judgment passed by the Division Bench dated 11.12.2012 and necessary budget will be released.
4. In such view of the matter, the instant contempt petition is disposed of in terms of the
order dated 06.04.2026 passed by this Court in Civil Contempt No. 509 of 2020 ‘Naresh Das vs. Ranjeet Sinha and another’.
