CMP No. 6100 of 2026 Present application has been filed in a decided matter by respondent No.66 Paras Ram son of Delo for release of amount of compensation. As per the avermets as made in the application, it has been stated that the present RFA was decided on 12.06.2017 and the present applicant is entitled for a sum of Rs.76,631/- as mentioned in para 8 of the application. Learned counsel for the applicant has no objection in case the present application is allowed. Therefore, in view of the averments as made in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, the amount qua the share of applicant/respondent No. 66 is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant/respondent No. 66 by remitting the same in his bank account along with up to date interest as per his share, particulars whereof have been mentioned in para 8 of application.
