The order under review dated 18.02.2026 was challenged at the behest of review applicant by filing Special Appeal No. 307 of 2026, which was dismissed vide order dated 18.03.2026 on merit. Now review applicant has filed present review application to review the order dated 18.02.2026 which has already been upheld by a Division Bench by a reasoned order. No permission was sought or granted by Division Bench to file review application. 3. Therefore, the first question is, whether present review application is maintainable or not. 4. The submission of learned counsel for review applicant that order dated 18.03.2026 is not on merit, therefore, he has filed review application, is absolutely incorrect and the impression carried out by learned counsel for review applicant is absolutely wrong.
