It is also stated that there is no property stands in the name of the Firm or in the name of Jalal Ahmed. However, one of the Partner, Navaneetha Krishnan has got properties covered by Document No.4652/2010 registered at SRO, Kovilpatti. It is further stated that the said property stands outside the jurisdiction of the respondent herein. Therefore, he is not in a position to take necessary coercive steps and the same shall be taken only by the concerned District Collector.
