Vishal Kumar Mr. Sanjib Das …for the State 1. Upon hearing the learned advocate for the petitioner as well as the State and on perusal of the materials on record, it transpires that the petitioner is alleged to have stacked sand over his land. In course of enquiry, the petitioner failed to produce any document for the stack of around 80,000 cubic feet of sand. 2. Learned advocate for the State has submitted that the petitioner is a part of a racket in dealing with illegal mining of sand. 3. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 2 4. At this stage, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. 5. With the aforesaid observations, CRM (A) 2443 of 2026 is dismissed. 6. All parties shall act in terms of the server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. 7.
