In terms of order dated 30th July, 2026 matter is taken up for consideration when Mr. Suryaneel Das, learned Additional Government Pleader has filed a communication dated 24th August, 2026 of Inspector- in-Charge, Hasnabad Police Station and same is taken on record. 2. It is disclosed in the said communication dated 24th August, 2026 that petitioner is the accused in Hasnabad P.S. Case no.440 of 2026 dated 12th June, 2026. 3. Moreover, on enquiry it was found that petitioner and his family members are not staying at petitioner’s residence. 4. Therefore, no further order need be passed on this writ petition save and except directing concerned police authority to provide protection, if petitioner is willing to stay at his residence. 5.
