The present petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That this Hon'ble court kindly be pleased to direct the respondents for deciding the representation as per AMARDEEP CHOUBEY Digitally signed by AMARDEEP CHOUBEY Date: 2026.09.17 10:47:41 +0530 2 letter dated 07.08.2026. 10.2 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, though the petitioner was working as a Teacher in the E-Cadre, his absorption as a Teacher has been made in the T-Cadre. Such absorption is not in accordance with the circular issued by the State Government dated 07.08.2026 (Annexure P-2). Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has submitted a representation seeking correction of his absorption, which is pending consideration before the Joint Director (Education), Division Bilaspur. He, therefore, prays that an appropriate direction may be issued to the respondent authorities to consider and decide the said representation within a stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that, if the representation of the petitioner is still pending, the same shall be considered in accordance with the Circular issued by the State Government dated 07.08.2026, after examining and verifying the status of the petitioner, within a period of fifty days. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the pleadings as well as the material available on record. 5. Having considered the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of with a 3 direction to the respondent authorities to consider and decide the pending representation (Annexure P-1), in accordance with the Circular dated 07.08.2026, after duly examining and verifying the status of the petitioner, within a period of fifty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
