Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, on careful perusal of the averments made in the representations made by the petitioner at Annexure 'A' and 'A1', it is forthcoming that the petitioner has sought for removing the obstruction made by the respondent No.5 to the public road exists in Survey Nos.36/1 and 36/2 of Bolanahalli Village, Bilikere Hobli, Hunsur Taluk.
