Petitioners are serving as daily wager in the Forest Department since 2009 and 2013 respectively. According to them, benefit of pay revision, as per 6th Pay Commission Report has been given to them, but benefit of 7th Pay Commission has not been given so far. 4. In this writ petition, petitioners have sought direction to the respondents to pay arrears of minimum of pay scale, as per recommendation of 7th Pay Commission, including dearness allowance. 5. Learned State Counsel submits that petitioners, as daily wager, cannot claim dearness allowance, as it is payable only to regular employees. He submits that if petitioners have any grievance, then it can be agitated before the competent authority. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even though petitioners have made representations from time to time, but they may be permitted to make fresh representation. 7. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioners to make fresh representation to the competent authority. If they make representation within two weeks from today, decision thereupon shall be taken, as per law, within three months thereafter.
