It appears that the instant Criminal Revision Case has been preferred against the order dated 22.11.2016 in Crl.M.P. No.1045 in POCSO Sessions Case No.16 of 2016 on the file of the Court of the Ist Additional District and Sessions Judge, East Godavari, Rajamahendravaram. It appears that the learned Trial Court has dismissed discharge petition filed by the present petitioner/accused, against which instant Criminal Revision Petition has been filed. Perused the copy of the order placed across the Bench by learned counsel for the petitioner.
