1. This is the first bail application filed by the applicant under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 208/2024 registered at Police Station – Sarsiwan, District - Sarangarh - Bilaigarh Chhattisgarh for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 409 r/w Section 149, 120(B), 34 of the of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Section 10 of the Protection of interest of depositors Act, 2005, Section 3 of the Prize Chit and VAIBHAV SINGH Digitally signed by VAIBHAV SINGH Date: 2026.09.16 11:37:55 +0530
2 Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978 is in violation of the provisions of Section 4 of the said act and section 3 and 21 of violation of the provisions of the Unregulated Deposit Schemes (Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes) Act, 2019.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the applicant has not disclosed all the criminal antecedents of the applicant in the bail application.
3. At this stage, learned counsel for applicant submits that in view of objection as raised by learned State counsel, he may be permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to file fresh application.
4. In view of above, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
5. Registry is directed to return the certified copies of the impugned orders/documents after obtaining photocopies thereof.
