On perusal of the statement of the victim under Section 183 of the BNSS and the Medico Legal Examination Report, I am of the opinion, prima facie, prosecution case is substantiated with materials. Consequently, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Thus, CRM (M) 1215 of 2026 is dismissed. Memo of Evidence submitted be kept with the record.
