Mr. Dilip Kumar Sinha, learned Advocate for the applicant/petitioner submits that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with. 3. Learned Advocate for the alleged contemnor produces the documents namely forwarding letter of the Pradhan, Radhamohanpur-I Gram Panchayat dated 23rd June, 2026 communicated to the Sub- Divisional Officer, Kharagpur, Paschim Medinipur and copy of resolution dated 22nd June, 2026, which are taken on record. He submits that the 2 contempt petition may be disposed of in the light of such compliance. 4. In view of the above, the contempt application being CPAN 1382 of 2025 stands disposed of. 5. Since this Court was holding Bench at Jalpaiguri Circuit Bench on 17th June, 2026, the alleged contemnor recorded her personal appearance before the learned Registrar General on that date. Accordingly, personal appearance of the alleged contemnor is dispensed with. 6. Learned Advocate representing the applicant in CAN 1 of 2026 submits that the applicant does not intend to press the application. 7.
